Dr. Keith Chow, B.Chiro
My introduction to chiropractic started early. When I was seven, my mum struggled with a frozen shoulder and was told recovery would take months. After seeing a chiropractor in Hong Kong, her movement improved within a few sessions. Seeing that change left a lasting impression.
As a teenager, I played competitive badminton and club football. I wasn’t injured, but I started chiropractic care to support training and recovery. Over time, I noticed I was moving better, recovering faster, and feeling more focused. That experience showed me chiropractic care wasn’t just about pain — it was about helping the body function and perform well.
That understanding led me into chiropractic as a career.
Today, I’m a chiropractor because I genuinely love helping people move with ease, feel stronger, and live with more energy. But more importantly, I care deeply about helping people be present for the moments that matter most; whether that’s keeping up with your kids, performing at work, training hard, or simply enjoying life without constantly thinking about your body holding you back.
