Hello! My introduction to chiropractic began when I was 7 years old. My mum was dealing with a frozen shoulder, and everyone around her kept saying it would take a long time to heal. Someone suggested she see a chiropractor in Hong Kong, and within just a few sessions, she started regaining movement in her shoulder. I didn’t fully understand what was happening back then, but I could see the difference it made for her, and it left a lasting impression.

When I was 15, I was playing competitive badminton and club football. I wasn’t experiencing any injuries or ‘symptoms’, but a friend suggested I see a chiropractor to see how it might help. After a while of regular care, I noticed I was moving better, recovering faster, more focused and feeling more balanced overall. It got me curious about how chiropractic could benefit not just injuries, but performance and wellness too.

That curiosity eventually turned into a career. Now, I get to help people experience the benefits of chiropractic care for themselves—whether it’s feeling stronger, moving better, or simply living life with more ease and energy.
