Dr. Keith Chow, B.Chiro
Hi, I’m Keith, and my journey into chiropractic started when I was just 7 years old.
My mum was struggling with a frozen shoulder, and everyone around her kept saying it would take months to recover. But then someone suggested she see a chiropractor in Hong Kong—and within just a few sessions, she started moving again. I didn’t fully understand what was happening at the time, but I saw how much it helped her. That moment left a lasting impression.
When I was 15, I was playing competitive badminton and club football. I wasn’t injured, but a friend suggested I see a chiropractor to help support my training. I decided to give it a try. After a few weeks of regular care, I noticed something different—I was moving better, recovering faster, more focused, and just felt more in sync overall. That’s when I realised chiropractic wasn’t just about pain relief—it was about helping the body perform at its best.
That curiosity turned into a career—and a mission.
Today, I’m a chiropractor because I love helping people feel stronger, move more freely, and live life with more energy and ease. But more importantly helping people be present in the most important moments of life
At Limitless Chiropractic, I’m driven by a simple but powerful vision:
A community of people truly living—laughing, moving, doing what they love with the people they love.
My purpose is to optimise the nervous system so people can experience life to the fullest.
And my mission?
To help people break free from limitations so they can thrive and become the best version of themselves—physically, mentally, emotionally through impactful chiropractic adjustments
Because life isn’t just about getting by. It’s about feeling limitless.
