Hi everyone, my name is Zoe and I started as a Chiropractic Assistant at Limitless Chiropractic in February 2024. My favourite part about my job is getting to know new people. I love watching people come out of their shell as their health and wellbeing improves every time they get a chiropractic adjustment. Meeting people from all different backgrounds, ages and life experiences is a privilege that means no two days are the same.

Before beginning this job I had never seen a chiropractor and didn’t know about any of the benefits of chiropractic care. I have struggled with migraines and headaches since I was a teenager, often getting multiple headaches a week or a migraine that would last days. One of the biggest benefits I have received from chiropractic care is that my headaches are significantly reduced, so much so that I rarely get them at all. Chiropractic care has greatly improved my mental wellbeing and productivity.

Three facts about myself: 

• I love all dogs, especially greyhounds. 
• I have my scuba diving license.
• I’ve never been stung by a bee.
